On 6 June, teams of builders, designers, and thinkers will do exactly that at De Koepel in Haarlem — using the latest AI-powered tools to go from blank page to working product in a single day.

This isn't your typical hackathon. At AI Hackathon Haarlem, we embrace AI as a creative partner. Use your favorite (vibe) coding tools and accelerate your workflow—what matters is the product you ship by the end of the day.

Hosted in the iconic De Koepel at SRH Haarlem, this event brings together students, developers, tech enthusiasts, and everyone interested in (vibe) coding and problem solving for an intense day of building, learning, and competing.

Why we're doing this.

We've been participating in hackathons for a while and kept noticing the same thing: there's a lot of young, ambitious talent that's ready to build. Yet Haarlem doesn't have this. No event where those people get together, compete, and actually ship something in a day. That gap is exactly why we're doing this.

We want to bring together students, developers, creatives, and thinkers from Haarlem and beyond — connect them with local businesses, and rally everyone around one real challenge for a day of intense building, creative problem-solving, and the latest agentic AI tools.

The bigger goal? Put Haarlem on the map as a city that builds — and represent the innovative landscape it already has. One hackathon at a time.
