No. Every team needs people who can design, pitch, research, and think through the user experience. If you can communicate an idea or spot a bad one, you're valuable. Coders build it, but the best teams are the ones where not everyone codes.
Teams worked on two real-world challenges revealed at kickoff: grounded problems, solvable by teams with diverse skills, no niche domain expertise required. Everything teams needed to start building was provided after the reveal.
Winners were announced at the closing ceremony and crowned on stage. Congratulations to everyone who competed, and especially to our winners.
